PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. Examples of the types of companies include; deliveries, security, fraud protection, marketing, IT support and audit. Each of these external companies has a contract with us which confirms how they handle your information and is restricted so that they can only use this information to provide services to Jokers Journal and to you and not for any other reason.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA ACCESS REQUESTS: Please note that we will need any of the contact details you used, in order to retrieve this information. For example, we will need your name, address & the email address used to place the order or make a comment on our reviews or blog comments page. We will provide you with all of the available information within 30 days of your request.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your completed order Information for our records for a period of 3 months. We will automatically delete this information 3 months from the date of completion of the transaction. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns policy if you require a refund or return outside of 3 months..
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years of age. By making a purchase on this site, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to do so.
